Chanel flew in their top clients from around the world to London to celebrate Ladies’ Day at Royal Ascot.
Secret Spa arranged 30 Hair and Make-up Artists to Claridges Hotel on the morning of the event, to get all the clients ready in their suites.
Their clients were extremely happy and left for a day at the races prepped by Secret Spa, fully dressed in Chanel, and picked up in a private Rolls Royce.

EE wanted to treat their VIP guests to some festival hair and makeup in the EE Garden of Glastonbury 2022.
Secret Spa provided Glitter Make-up & Hair Braiding to get the celebrities and influencers festival ready. We used biodegradable glitter and partnered with Fudge Hair to create bespoke festival looks.
We regularly work with Sky to help them drive loyalty among their customers at their VIP Lounge at the O2 Arena. We provided high-impact, interactive and engaging beauty treatments, including Glitter Make-up, Hand and Arm Massages, Express Manicures, Chair Massages and more.

With a network of over 700 elite therapists, we can turn around most bookings with just a couple of days’ notice.
However, if your booking requires extensive personalisation or special requests, it may take us a little longer.
We can provide services for booking requests in London, Manchester, Brighton, Leeds, Birmingham and Belfast.
We can accommodate most requests outside of these areas however, there may be an additional fee to cover the professionals trave
If you cancel within 5-3 days of the event date, you will be charged 50% of the total cost of the event. If you cancel within 48 hours of the event date, you will be charged in full of the total cost.
If we have to cancel for any reason, we will refund the full payment within 14 days of termination.
Our normal working hours are 7am – 10pm however we can usually accommodate bookings outside of this time with an extra charge.
You will be invoiced for the booking prior to the event and payment can be done by BACS or taken over the phone.
Yes, you can make regular bookings or you can book ad hoc services.
We will provide all the equipment that is needed, but do ask that you provide chairs and tables when required.
Some treatments may need access to a plug socket and running water. Our team will let you know if this is the case.
Massage tables are provided by us free of charge, but massage chairs will incur a small fee as these will need to be specially delivered.
We will invoice you for the gift cards in bulk and you will need to ay via BACs transfer.
