Secret Spa provide high impact, interactive and engaging beauty treatments to Sky customers in the VIP lounge at the O2 arena, driving loyalty amongst Sky’s customers.

Treatments include glitter make-up, hand and arm massages, express manicures, chair massage and more.

Secret Spa were invited to enhance Amazon’s pop up experience: “Home of Black Friday”.

In the bedroom experience, Secret Spa offered make-up using Max Factor and manicures using Sally Hansen, both of which had promotions in the Black Friday Period.

The Secret Spa treatments increased the dwell time of the guests attending the event giving Amazon more of a chance to to promote their key messages.


Secret Spa organised 45 professionals to be on site for the National Television Awards. We partnered with brands such as Max Factor, Orly, Eyelash Emporium and Nicky Clarke to enhance the event.

How much notice do you need to make a booking?

With a network of over 350 elite therapists, we can turn around most bookings with just a couple of days’ notice.

However, if your booking requires extensive personalisation or special requests, it may take us a little longer.


What areas do you serve?

We can provide services for all bookings in Greater London.

Depending on the size of the booking, we can usually accommodate requests in the home counties as well.


How do we pay for the booking?

You will be invoiced for the booking prior to the event and payment can be done by BACS or taken over the phone.

Do we need to provide any equipment?

We will provide all the equipment that is needed, but do ask that you provide chairs and tables when required.

Some treatments may need access to a plug socket and running water. Our team will let you know if this is the case.

Massage tables are provided by us free of charge, but massage chairs will incur a small fee as these will need to be specially delivered.


What are your working hours?

Our normal working hours are 7am – 10pm however we can usually accommodate bookings outside of this time with an extra charge.


What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Bookings cancelled within 48 hours will be charged at 50%. Bookings cancelled within 24 hours will be charged in full.
