WeWork

WeWork wanted to expand their on-site lifestyle services to include wellness and beauty treatments in their workspace.

Secret Spa now provide a fortnightly office pop-up giving manicures and express massages. Appointments for the slots are reserved beforehand using a Calendly link (created by Secret Spa) and WeWork send out an on-the-day push notification on their app to fill any remaining slots.

Dishoom

Every year Dishoom closes all their restaurants for a day to host their Family Mela party for all their staff and their families. This year, Dishoom wanted a wellness area to offer massages and manicures.

Secret Spa provided 8 massage therapists and 8 manicurists, as well as 2 event managers to ensure the day ran smoothly. Secret Spa also provided the 8 massage chairs required.

The wellness area was hugely popular all afternoon, despite the rain! Over 200 people were able to enjoy a massage and around 120 people came away with a beautiful manicure.

Paymentsense

Paymentsense wanted to treat their employees at Christmas by providing a glam squad, offering hair and make-up, ahead of their Christmas party.

Secret Spa provided an elite team of hair and make-up artists to the Paymentsense office to get people glammed up for the party.

Many employees had their hair and make-up done and were thrilled that Paymentsense had provided this special treat. Paymentsense were so pleased with Secret Spa that they booked again the following year.

FAQs

How much notice do you need to make a booking?

With a network of over 350 elite therapists, we can turn around most bookings with just a couple of days’ notice.

However, if your booking requires extensive personalisation or special requests, it may take us a little longer.

 

What areas do you serve?

We can provide services for all bookings in Greater London.

Depending on the size of the booking, we can usually accommodate requests in the home counties as well.

 

Can we make regular bookings?

Yes, you can make regular bookings or you can book ad hoc services.

 

How do we pay for the booking?

You will be invoiced for the booking prior to the event and payment can be done by BACS or taken over the phone.

Do we need to provide any equipment?

We will provide all the equipment that is needed, but do ask that you provide chairs and tables when required.

Some treatments may need access to a plug socket and running water. Our team will let you know if this is the case.

Massage tables are provided by us free of charge, but massage chairs will incur a small fee as these will need to be specially delivered.

 

What are your working hours?

Our normal working hours are 7am – 10pm however we can usually accommodate bookings outside of this time with an extra charge.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Bookings cancelled within 48 hours will be charged at 50%. Bookings cancelled within 24 hours will be charged in full.
