All pros are required to notify us at the start and the end of a booking via the Secret Spa app. We have a dedicated support team on hand for you at all times bookings are taking place.
No, pros are not required to work a minimum number of hours per week or month. As freelancers, pros can choose when they wish to work.
Yes, each pro is required to provide and use their own equipment and products for all treatments. For Waxing, Brows, Lashes, Massage and Facials you will be required to bring a massage bed with you.
As freelancers, all pros are required to provide a copy of their qualification(s), insurance, a recent DBS certificate and valid ID.
You are not required to wear a uniform. Secret Spa clients prefer professionals to wear smart black clothing.
