We serve all areas in London, Manchester & Brighton and we do our best to accommodate requests in the home counties.

Can I use my gift card over more than one booking?
Yes, you can use your gift card over as many bookings as you like.
If the value of your chosen treatments is over the amount in the gift card, then you can simply pay the additional amount at checkout.
Does my gift card have an expiry date?
You can redeem your gift card or gift card credit for one year after the date of purchase, which is noted in the receipt email. After one year, the credit you have converted from your gift card will expire also.
How long do the physical gift cards take to arrive?
We send our physical gift cards by 1st class Royal Mail. Please allow 1-3 working days for the gift card to be dispatched.
Can I refund my gift card?
Both our physical and digital gift cards are non-refundable once purchased.
How do I redeem my gift card?
You will be emailed a digital gift card with a code that you can use to add credit to your Secret Spa account. This credit will automatically be applied when making a booking on the Secret Spa app or website.
Alternatively, you can also book through one of our Secret Spa team from 6am – 10pm on 020 7096 0506.
