Purchase one of our gift cards for a specific treatment or a monetary amount. Choose from an email gift card or a luxurious postal gift card.
If you choose a digital gift card, we will send it to your email address with a unique coupon code. If you choose a physical gift card, we will send the gift card directly to the recipient with a personalised, handwritten note.
The recipient will be able to make their at-home booking on our website, app, or through a member of our team using their unique code. It’s the perfect last-minute gift for anyone who loves to be pampered!
Your recipient can book in a few simple steps on Secret Spa’s easy-to-use mobile app or website. If they have any trouble, our team is on hand every day from 6am – 10pm to assist.
All of Secret Spa’s beauty and massage professionals are specialists in their fields, and come personally recommended after being tested by our team. They have taken Government-approved hygiene training and arrive in personal protective equipment.
The gift card can be redeemed on any treatments of their choice, whether they want to relax and de-stress or be pampered with some beauty treatments. We offer a full menu of salon and spa services with a range of manicures, pedicures, facials, massage and more.
You will be emailed a digital gift card with a code that you can use to add credit to your Secret Spa account. This credit will automatically be applied when making a booking on the Secret Spa app or website.

Yes, you can use your gift card over as many bookings as you like.
If the value of your chosen treatments is over the amount in the gift card, then you can simply pay the additional amount at checkout.
You can redeem your gift card or gift card credit for one year after the date of purchase, which is noted in the receipt email. After one year, the credit you have converted from your gift card will expire also.
We send our physical gift cards by 1st class Royal Mail. Please allow 1-3 working days for the gift card to be dispatched.
Both our physical and digital gift cards are non-refundable once purchased.
