Once you’ve chosen your preferred package, your credit will immediately be added to your account, including an additional 10% credit on us. You can redeem your credit against any of our beauty & wellness services. Each month you will be billed and your account will be updated with your credit. Your subscription is rolling with the option to pause, cancel or upgrade any time.
No, our subscription is completely flexible giving you the option to pause or cancel your subscription at any time.
Any unused credit will roll over into the next month allowing six months to redeem any credit. After six months from the issue date, any remaining credit will expire.
Yes, you can pause your subscription at any time. Please note, any credit issued before the pause date will still expire after six months.
You can find your credit balance under your account just below your name and photo.
The booking process is exactly the same as normal. Your subscription credit will automatically be redeemed at checkout. In the event that your booking value is higher than your account credit, you will be asked to make payment as normal for the outstanding balance.

Absolutely, if you wish to increase or decrease your subscription amount, please go to your membership settings under your account. From here you will be able to update your plan. Alternatively, please email bookings@secretspa.co.uk and our VIP concierge would be more than happy to help you.
Yes, you will receive a notification to let you know if you have unused credit that is due to expire.
