NEOM sought a partnership with a high-end beauty provider to offer customers luxurious treatments featuring their products.
The Solution
Secret Spa trained 25 top wellness specialists to launch two NEOM facial treatments and two NEOM massage treatments for our London and Manchester clients. We also facilitated close to 40 influencer and press appointments, reaching an audience of over 27 million followers, to boost NEOM’s brand awareness on social media before the launch. Notable clients include Ashley Roberts, Vogue Williams, and Suki Waterhouse.
The Result
These massage and facial options quickly became popular, with the launch being highly anticipated and necessitating a waiting list to accommodate the demand. This initiative allows clients to experience the products firsthand and discover which ones work best for their skin, guiding future purchases.
