FROM OUR CLIENTS
"I'm addicted to IV drips before a heavy week or after a long-haul flight. No clinic, no waiting room, just an hour on my own sofa. And I feel so good for it."

HOW IT WORKS

How IV drips work at home

Choose your drip

From rehydration to NAD+, Dripdash & Effect Doctors will cater to your specific needs.

Consult with an expert

After you book, a registered doctor or nurse calls you for a private consultation, so your drip is tailored and approved before your appointment.

Sit back and restore

Most drips run 45 to 60 minutes, and there is no journey home because you are already there.

In your home

In the best hands

The industry's best

Every drip is administered by a registered medical professional, after a health review. You are in safe, qualified hands.

You know who is coming

You book a registered doctor or nurse and know exactly who is arriving. A health review comes first.

All you need is your sofa

Your clinician arrives with a sealed, sterile kit and clears everything away afterwards. Answer emails, read or simply close your eyes while the drip runs.

FAQS

Want to know more?

Are IV drips at home safe?
Our drips are designed by our medical partners Dripdash and Effect Doctors and administered by a registered doctor or nurse after a review of your observations and medical history. We use very small cannulas, so it feels like a sharp scratch.
Can I speak to a doctor or nurse beforehand?
Yes. After booking, a doctor or nurse calls to ensure you are safe to have a drip. You are fully refunded if we cannot proceed for any medical reason.
Do you have out-of-hours surcharges?
Effect Doctors operate 9.30am to 6.30pm; out-of-hours appointments can be arranged with a surcharge.
Can you do appointments outside Zone 1?
Yes. Surcharges apply: Zone 2 £25, Zone 3 £50, Zone 4 £75, Zone 5 £100, Zone 6 £125.
What does an IV drip do?
IV drips deliver fluids, vitamins, amino acids and electrolytes directly into the bloodstream for fast, full absorption: a quick way to restore balance and performance.
