How long until I can get my lash lift wet?
Wait 24 to 48 hours before getting lashes wet after a lash lift (brand dependent). Your technician advises you in a post-treatment consultation.
How long until I can get my extensions wet?
Wait 24 to 48 hours before getting lashes wet after extensions (brand dependent). Your technician advises you afterwards.
How do I know what look to go for?
Your technician gives a full consultation at the start, offering expert advice based on your natural lashes and eye shape.
What is the difference between a full set and infills?
A full set applies one extension to every natural lash for a voluminous look. Infills, recommended every 2 to 3 weeks, fill the gaps where lashes have shed.
What lash brands do you use?
Technicians use their preferred premium brands including Nouveau Lashes, Lash Perfect and Lash Emporium. Note any request at booking.
Do I need a patch test?
Not for extensions (the glue does not touch skin). We do recommend a patch test before tints and lifts (including LVL). We post one to you 48 hours prior.
How do you vet your technicians?
