How much of a gap should I allow between trial and wedding day?
Your trial should be 1 to 3 months before the wedding, and you should be the same skin tone on the day. If you are planning a Spray Tan, book it for two days before your make-up trial.
How do I make sure my tan looks right on the day?
Book two practice spray tans: try a lighter and a deeper colour to find your preference. Make sure any Spray Tan is two days before a make-up trial.
Can you do hair and make-up for the Mother of the Bride and Bridesmaids?
Yes, of course. We recommend booking a second therapist and a test for the Mother of the Bride. Contact weddings@secretspa.co.uk to arrange.
How long before my wedding should I start a facial programme?
Book a consultation six months before. Your therapist recommends a bespoke routine of roughly monthly facials, with the last taking place three weeks before the wedding.
What should I do before my trial?
Have a think about the looks you’d like to trial and provide reference images. Wear the looks all day, moving and dancing as much as you will on the big day.
