Do you take specific requests for disabilities or injuries?
If you have any special requests related to disabilities, injuries, or medical conditions, please contact us at 02070960506 or bookings@secretspa.co.uk before booking. Some conditions may be contraindications for massage, so we will need to ensure your therapist is insured to proceed.
Your mobile massage therapist will complete a consultation form before your treatment to tailor the session to your specific needs.
Please inform your therapist of any injuries, allergies, or areas requiring extra attention. You can also discuss your preferred pressure level before and during the treatment.
For certain medical conditions, we recommend consulting a medical practitioner to confirm whether massage therapy is suitable for you.

Our mobile massage therapists are certified to the highest levels in a range of techniques. They deliver spa-quality, full body massages for ultimate relaxation, without you needing to leave the house.
Whether it’s a relaxing massage, a sports massage, a pregnancy massage, a lymphatic drainage massage, or a deep tissue massage we can help.

Will the massage bed fit in my home?
Our massage beds are 6ft long by 2ft wide.
Our therapists are well-practiced at working in smaller spaces and transforming them into a luxury spa.
Please allow some space around the bed to enable your massage therapist to move around your during your massage.
How do you vet your therapists?
All of our mobile massage therapists are hand-selected after a rigorous vetting process.
Each therapist is trade-tested, DBS checked (criminal record clearance) and chosen based on their years of experience and magical hands. So you can relax, knowing you’re in safe hands.
What should I wear to my massage?
Our massage techniques incorporate the use of oils, so we suggest undressing to your underwear or to whatever level you feel comfortable with. You may wish to wear a dressing gown when greeting your massage therapist.
When your therapist arrives, they will set up your room to create a home spa environment. They will then step outside to give you privacy to undress.
After the treatment, your therapist will leave the room and allow you time to get dressed.
Please note that it is required to wear underwear on your bottom half during all treatments.
How should I prepare for my massage?
Your mobile massage therapist will bring everything needed for your at-home massage, including a selection of oils, a massage bed, and relaxing music if you wish.
Please choose a private and warm room for your massage. Since COVID-19, we now ask clients to provide two large towels and one small towel for hygiene reasons.
We recommend having a warm shower or bath before your massage to help relax your muscles, which can also improve muscle recovery after the treatment.
To further enhance your experience, consider lighting scented candles or using a room spray, dimming the lights, closing the curtains, playing quiet music, and in cold weather, having a cozy blanket on hand.
