Fortnightly Office Wellness Treatments
The Brief
WeWork aimed to expand their on-site lifestyle services to include wellness and beauty treatments within their workspace.
The Solution
Secret Spa provided an office pop-up offering manicures and express massages. Appointments were reserved in advance via a booking link created by Secret Spa, and WeWork sent out on-the-day push notifications via their app to fill any remaining slots.
The Result
Over 90% of the slots on the trial day were filled, with many people requesting to book again. As a result, we made this a regular fortnightly service.
