Executive Member Retreat

The Brief

YPO Greater London was hosting their annual members’ retreat in Windsor. This was the second year they requested a team of Secret Spa facial and massage specialists to provide treatments in the comfort of the guests’ hotel rooms.

The Solution

We brought together a team of over 20 therapists to cater to massage and facial treatment requests, along with an on site manager assisting with scheduling. To ensure flexibility for guests, some therapists were specifically chosen to provide both treatments, accommodating any last-minute changes on the day.

The Result

Our team successfully attended to over 100 members between individual hotel rooms, within a 9-hour timeframe. Clients continued to feed back on the calm and restorative experience that complemented other dynamic activities of YPO’s annual retreat.
