What you'll look after
Engaging content creation
You’ll be responsible for developing and producing content for various channels, such as our website, social media and email campaigns.
Working closely with the Head of Brand & Marketing, you will support with the creation of visually appealing and on-brand graphics, videos for print and digital formats. Ensuring consistency in design and brand messaging across all digital channels.
Manage email marketing
You will own and manage our weekly email broadcasts, ensuring that they are engaging, deliver value to our customers and help to keep us top of mind.
Manage influencer marketing
Identify and engage with beauty and wellness influencers who align with Secret Spa’s brand values and target audience. Coordinate collaborations & partnerships with influencers.
Track and report on the effectiveness of influencer campaigns and partnerships.
Develop and nurture close relationships with out influencers.
Run social channels
You will also develop and implement a social content calendar to ensure regular posting and engagement on Instagram.
Create high-quality, engaging posts, stories and reels that resonate with our target audience. As well as, engaging with our community and generating conversations.
