1. Eligibility & Earning Points
1.1 The Secret Spa Rewards programme ("the Programme") is open to customers of Secret Spa who have been invited to participate.
1.2 Customers earn 1 point per £2 spent on qualifying bookings made through Secret Spa.
1.3 Points are not earned on cancelled or refunded bookings.
1.4 Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash or any other benefit.
2. Redeeming Points & Reward Vouchers
2.1 Once a customer accumulates 500 points, they receive a £50 code to use on Secret Spa treatments.
2.2 £50 codes can be amalgamated for higher-value treatments by contacting the Secret Spa customer services team on bookings@secretspa.co.uk.
2.3 £50 codes are valid for 3 months from the date of issue and can only be used for bookings made through Secret Spa.
2.4 Codes cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase gift cards or other non-service items.
2.5 Secret Spa reward points and codes cannot be transferred or gifted to other users.
3. Expiry & Limitations
3.1 Points expire after 12 months from the date they are earned if not redeemed.
3.2 Once expired, points cannot be reinstated.
3.3 Secret Spa reserves the right to adjust or withdraw the Programme at any time with reasonable notice.
4. Fraud & Abuse
4.1 Secret Spa reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraud, misuse, or manipulation of the Programme.
4.2 Any breach of these Terms may result in the forfeiture of points and vouchers.
