FAQS

Want to know more?

What eyelash extension brands do you use?

Our mobile lash technicians use their preferred, premium brand. These include Nouveau Lashes, Lash Perfect and Lash Emporium.

If you have a specific request please let us know when you make your booking.

What’s the difference between a full set of eyelash extensions and infills?

For a full set, one extension is applied to every natural eyelash, giving a full, voluminous look.

Infills are a follow-up treatment that we recommend booking every 2-3 weeks, where extensions are applied to any gaps where the lashes have shed.

How long do I have to wait until I can get my lash lift wet?

You need to wait between 24 and 48 hours before you can get your eyelashes wet after a lash lift (brand dependent).

Your lash technician will advise you about this in a post-treatment consultation.

How do I know what look to go for?

Your lash technician will give you a full consultation at the beginning of your appointment to determine your desired look.

They will offer their expert opinion, taking into consideration your natural lashes and eye shape.

Here’s a handy guide that gives you the lowdown on eyelash extensions.

Do I need a patch test?

You don’t need a patch test for eyelash extensions, as the glue won’t touch your skin.

However, we do recommend patch tests before tinting and lash lift treatments (including LVL).

Please let us know if this is your first tint or lash lift and we will be able to post you a patch test for you to use at least 48 hours ahead of your mobile lash treatment.

How do you vet your therapists?

All of our beauty therapists are hand-selected after a rigorous vetting process.

Each therapist is trade-tested, DBS checked (criminal record clearance) and chosen based on their qualifications and years of experience. So you can relax, knowing you’re in safe hands.
