Can I work with Secret Spa alongside another job?
Yes, absolutely. Lots of our beauty and wellness professionals take bookings alongside other work and personal commitments. As freelancers you choose when to work, with a minimum of 10 hours a week. The Solo app gives you full control over the times and areas you work. A great way to earn extra on your terms.
What security measures do you have in place?
All our beauty professionals notify us at the start and end of a booking via the Secret Spa app, for your security, and we have a dedicated support team on hand whenever bookings are taking place.
Do I use my own equipment?
Yes, each beauty professional provides and uses their own equipment and products. For Waxing, Brows, Lashes, Massage and Facials you’ll need to bring a massage bed.
Which documents do I need?
As freelancers, all our beauty professionals provide a copy of their qualification(s), insurance, a recent DBS certificate and valid ID.
Do I have to wear a uniform?
No uniform required. We just ask that you wear smart black clothing. Branded aprons and towels are available to purchase.
