How do you vet your Hair Stylists?
All of our mobile Hair Stylists and hairdressers are hand-selected after a rigorous vetting process. Each therapist is trade-tested, DBS checked (criminal record clearance) and chosen based on their years of experience and products. So you can relax, knowing you’re in the best hands.
Do I need to wash my hair?
We recommend that you have freshly washed, towel dried hair in advance of your at-home treatment. For hair braiding or up-dos, we suggest washing your hair the day before.
Can I request a specific style?
Of course. Your Hair Stylist will conduct a consultation before your appointment. If you have specific inspirational images, you can upload them when you make your booking or send them to your hairdresser via our in-app chat before your appointment, or our Client Concierge Team will be happy to pass on the image for you.
Where should my appointment take place?
It is worth spending a bit of time setting up your appointment so that it mimics a salon environment. Choose a comfortable chair close to a double power socket, and make sure you have some space for your hairdresser's kit. If you want to keep an eye on things, you may also want to place a mirror in front of you to check as you go. It is helpful to set up on a floor surface that is easy to clean.
Will hair cutting leave a mess?
Your mobile hairdresser will bring a cover for the floor where your hair is being cut for an easy clean up. We’ve detailed what to expect from your appointment in a handy guide.
