VIP Lounge Guest Treatments
The Brief
Sky aimed to boost customer loyalty by enhancing their VIP lounges nationwide, including locations at OVO Wembley Arena, Birmingham, Leeds, and Belfast. Secret Spa was tasked with delivering high-impact, interactive, and engaging beauty treatments to Sky customers in these VIP lounges.
The Solution
Secret Spa collaborates with Sky’s experiential agency RPM to customise treatments that cater to the specific audiences of each event. For instance, offering nails and glitter make-up for Harry Styles concerts and providing soothing massages at Paul Weller performances.
The Result
With two professionals working in the lounge at a time, we manage up to 40 events per month nationwide. The feedback on our services has been so positive that Secret Spa is now the sole provider of Sky’s backstage beauty treatments. Additionally, Sky recently won ‘The Best Loyalty Programme’ award.
