How do you vet your brow technicians?
All of our beauty therapists are hand-selected after a rigorous vetting process.
Each therapist is trade-tested, DBS checked (criminal record clearance) and chosen based on their qualifications and years of experience. So you can relax, knowing you’re in safe hands.
Is eyebrow tinting safe?
Eyebrow tinting is safe when performed by a professional. It's non-invasive and won't remove any hairs.
It involves applying specialist dye near to the eye area, so you definitely shouldn’t try it yourself! You should have a patch test of the dye beforehand.
Do I need to provide anything for my brow treatment?
Your brow technician will bring everything required for your treatment, including a treatment bed which is about 6ft long by 2ft wide.
For hygiene reasons, we ask that customers provide their own towels.
Our therapists are well-practiced at working in some very tight spaces and transforming them into a luxury spa.
How long after eyebrow tinting can I wash my face?
It’s best to wait at least 12 hours after Eyebrow Tinting before washing your face. This gives the tint time to fully set and helps extend the longevity of your results. When you do wash your face, use gentle, oil-free products and avoid scrubbing the brow area to keep the colour vibrant for longer.
How long does eyebrow tinting last?
Eyebrow tinting typically lasts between 3 to 8 weeks, depending on your hair growth cycle, skin type, and how well you care for your brows. To maintain long-lasting results, avoid oil-based cleansers and excessive exfoliation around the brow area. Opting for a slightly darker shade can also help maintain your colour for longer.

How do I know which brow treatment is right for me?
Your Brow Technician recommends the right option at the start, based on your natural brows and the look you want. Tinting adds depth, lamination lifts and sets the hairs, and threading or waxing tidies the shape.
Will my brows be shaped to suit my face?
Yes. Your Brow Technician works to your natural brows, face shape and colouring, tailoring the finish to you rather than a set template.
Can I request the same Brow Technician each time?
Yes. Once you have found a Brow Technician you like, you can request them again so your brows stay consistent.
