How do I know what look to go for?
Your technician gives a full consultation at the start, offering expert advice based on your natural lashes and eye shape.
What is the difference between a full set and infills?
A full set applies one extension to every natural lash for a voluminous look. Infills, recommended every 2 to 3 weeks, fill the gaps where lashes have shed.
What lash brands do you use?
Technicians use their preferred premium brands including Nouveau Lashes, Lash Perfect and Lash Emporium. Note any request at booking.
Do I need a patch test?
Not for extensions (the glue does not touch skin). We do recommend a patch test before tints and lifts (including LVL). We post one to you 48 hours prior.
How do you vet your technicians?
Every technician is trade-tested, DBS-checked and chosen on their qualifications and years of experience.
Which brow treatments do you offer?
Our at-home brow treatments include Eyebrow Tinting, Brow Lamination, Eyebrow Threading and Eyebrow Waxing.
What method is used for eyebrow shaping?
Our specialists use threading, waxing and tweezing to tidy and shape your brows. Let us know your preference so we book the right therapist.
What is eyebrow threading?
With the skin held taut, your therapist uses wax-coated thread twisted around the hairs to quickly pull them from the follicle.
How long does eyebrow tinting last?
An eyebrow tint typically lasts 3 to 8 weeks, depending on your hair growth cycle and skincare. Avoid oil-based cleansers and excess exfoliation around the brows to maintain it.
Is eyebrow tinting safe?
Yes, when performed by a professional. It is non-invasive. As specialist dye is applied near the eye, you should have a patch test beforehand and never try it yourself.
What is brow lamination?
Brow lamination is a semi-permanent treatment that lifts and sets the brow hairs for a fuller, uniform look lasting 6 to 8 weeks. Brush them into place each morning with a spoolie.
Do I need to provide anything?
Your technician brings everything, including a treatment bed (about 6ft x 2ft). For hygiene, please provide your own towels.
