Are your services still running?

After great consideration and with a heavy heart we have chosen to temporarily suspend our services as of 24th March 2020.

Recent developments have led us to conclude that pausing our services is in the best interest of both our community and the country.

I have a booking, what do I do now?

If you have a booking our team will be in touch personally to rearrange or cancel it for you.

Since we only take payment after the booking is complete you will not be charged, and any cancellation charges will be waived.

Our therapists will be paid in full for all bookings scheduled over the next seven days (as of 23rd March).

What are you doing to support the therapists?

As anyone who has chatted with their therapist will hopefully know, Secret Spa prides itself on looking after its close-knit community of freelance professionals.

The government has outlined a number of measures to support self-employed freelancers which we have shared with them. We do not believe these go far enough and encourage anyone who can to sign petitions for increased support for freelancers.

As a small gesture to help them through this period, therapists will be paid 100% of the booking fees for any confirmed bookings from Tuesday 24th to Monday 30th March.

We are in touch with them daily in this period of uncertainty, offering as much support as we can.

What does COVID-19 mean for Secret Spa?

We are a small business and we are undoubtedly going to find this a difficult time. The Secret Spa team is working as hard as ever, taking this time to refine and improve our service for when we’ve seen this through.
