Camp Kerala

Secret Spa were delighted to be invited by Camp Kerala to provide spa treatments at their exclusive luxury ‘glampsite’ accommodation for Glastonbury Festival and Silverstone Grand Prix.

To make the occasion even more memorable, we partnered with skincare experts, OSKIA to develop new treatments to indulge the guests.

 

Amazon

Secret Spa were invited to enhance Amazon’s pop up experience: “Home of Black Friday”. We set up in the bedroom, offering make-up with Max Factor and manicures with Sally Hansen, both of which had promotions in Amazon’s Black Friday sale.

The Secret Spa treatments increased the dwell time of the guests attending the event, which gave Amazon’s team more time to promote their key messages.

National TV Awards

Secret Spa have been the official beauty partner of the NTAs for the past 6 years. Each year we arrange 45 therapists to work back stage, getting the acts, hosts and celebrities ready for the show.

We have partnered with brands such as Max Factor, Orly, O.P.I, Eyelash Emporium, Nouveau Lashes and Nicky Clarke to enhance the event. Click here to watch our sizzle.

Every year Dishoom close down all of their restaurants for a day to host a festival for their staff and family & friends, as a thank you for their hardwork.

Secret Spa have been the beauty provider for the last 3 years running, providing 15 therapists at the festival offering hair styling, nails and massages.

How much notice do you need to make a booking?

With a network of over 350 elite therapists, we can turn around most bookings with just a couple of days’ notice.

However, if your booking requires extensive personalisation or special requests, it may take us a little longer.

What areas do you serve?

We can provide services for booking requests in London, Manchester, Brighton, Leeds, Birmingham and Belfast.

We can accommodate most requests outside of these areas however, there may be an additional fee to cover the professionals travel.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel within 5-3 days of the event date, you will be charged 50% of the total cost of the event. If you cancel within 48 hours of the event date, you will be charged in full of the total cost.

If we have to cancel for any reason, we will refund the full payment within 14 days of termination.

What are your working hours?

Our normal working hours are 7am – 10pm however we can usually accommodate bookings outside of this time with an extra charge.

How do we pay for the booking?

You will be invoiced for the booking prior to the event and payment can be done by BACS or taken over the phone.

What are the minimum booking requirements?

We only take booking for a minimum of 3 hours with prices starting at £180 + VAT per professional.

 

Do we need to provide any equipment?

We will provide all the equipment that is needed for the treatments, but do ask that you provide what is needed for the set up.

Some treatments may need access to a plug socket and running water. Table and chairs will be need needed for most treatments but the team will let you know in advance.

Massage tables are provided by us free of charge, but massage chairs will incur a small fee as these will need to be specially delivered.

We are able to send light boxes along with high chairs for an additional fee.

Do you do any other add ons?

We can create co-branded treatment menus for the events for an additional charge and also send easel boards for each treatment.
