My Profile
Your profile is edited by us in the office, however if you would like to update anything please follow the relevant instructions. Your name, bio and photo are visible to the client.

My Income
You have the ability to view your monthly income via the Secret Spa App, the video below shows how to view this. Each month is split out into 'COMPLETED' and 'CONFIRMED' to help you keep track of and plan your earnings each month.
A reminder that you will receive payment 2-7 working days after the booking has finished via Stripe. This does not include weekends or bank holidays. To view your payments or any upcoming transfers, you will need to log into your own personal Stripe account which was set up when you first downloaded the Secret Spa Pro app. As this is a third party system that we use as an e-wallet, we are unable to discuss your account with them on your behalf.

My Diary
The updated diary feature allows you to choose when you would like to receive bookings in hourly slots for the two upcoming months.
As shown in the video below, you can choose 'available', 'unavailable' or 'part available'. For the 'part available' option, you can select which hours of that day you are available to take bookings for. Remember, even if you set your diary to available, this doesn't mean you're under any obligation to take any bookings. If you say you're unavailable, this will block any bookings coming through to your App that are taking place on this date.
It is not a problem to leave your diary completely 'available'. Bookings are always taken at your discretion and we will never put anything into your diary without your permission.

Past, Confirmed & New Bookings
There are 3 tabs containing a record of your past and confirmed bookings as well as any new bookings that are available.
In the 'confirmed' tab, the details of each booking will be displayed. If you click on a booking the information will be listed along with the option to add the booking to your diary (iCal), plan your journey via your chosen maps App (Waze/Google Maps) and the ability call the client or the office. If you were favourited for the booking, this will also be shown.

In the 'past' tab, you are able to view the details of each of your past bookings as well as your star rating given by each client. Please note, rating the professional is optional to the client.

On The Day of your Booking Two hours before your booking is due to start, an 'on the way' button will appear underneath the booking details. Please click on this when you are on the way to travel to the client. Another button will then appear to say 'I am arriving', please click this when you arrive at a client's address. Finally, a button will appear to say 'I have finished', once you have left the client's home please click this button. It is really important you do this at the correct time as this is how the client is charged and how you are paid. You will then be prompted to rate and leave feedback on the client, this is only visible to us in the office, not the client.
Please note, you are able to browse the App and accept new bookings whilst another booking is in progress, however please refrain from using your phone whilst with a client.
